Scope: 14 ministries and agencies over 9 months
Result: Developed the country’s first standardized BCP system across central agencies, aligned with ISO 22301. Trained 120+ senior officials and embedded risk-based continuity thinking into national crisis response planning.

Scope: 20 city departments during COVID-19
